Qigong Classes

Qigong is a broad and relatively new term that refers to China's ancient whole-body exercise tradition.  

Like yoga, Qigong involves harmonizing the physical body and breath to promote strength, flexibility, control, and relaxation.  Particular emphasis is put on nourishing the muscles, sinews, and internal organs.  

Qigong classes are 1 hour in length and divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Alongside healthy eating and maintaining a regulated life rhythm, Qigong is the basis for a long and healthy life.
