This Longjing (dragon well) green tea was picked in the early Spring of this year in Hangzhou, Zhejiang before Tomb Sweeping Day.  These larger grade tea leaves were wok fried and produce a robust tea soup that is bitter, sweet, with hints of roasted chestnut.  This is a higher quality Longjing tea than what can be found in western tea shops.
